It's a fact - properties marketed with a floor plan get 30% more interest than those without one.

Floor plans allow you to glance at the existing layout, relative size of the rooms and orientation of the building. They quickly provide the potential buyer visually, that the property can meet their requirements.

Floor plans also help you (and your mortgage valuer) to compare prices more objectively by highlighting the full size of the property. Buyers can calculate the cost per square foot or metre and see how it relates to other homes for sale in the same location.
